Currently the only way to hold an event at HCC is to hold a membership or have a member of HCC act as the event\\\\\\'s host. \\\\n- Events must be announced to the members only telegram channel 7 days ahead of time to avoid conflicts and to maintain a sane co-working environment. It\\\\\\'s polite to also share the event on the [public HCC telegram channel](https://t.me/+fwLCSfyljMBiM2Fh). \\\\n- Furniture like seating can be arranged to meet event needs. It must be returned to its original location/arrangement after the event.\\\\n- In line with HCC principles event hosts must clean up after the event. If no cleaning is hired for after the event then the host is responsible for clearing/disinfecting countertops, sweeping/mopping, bathrooms, and taking out the trash. \\\\n- Keep the event contained to the ground floor so that upstairs is available to 24/7 co-workers. If the upstairs must be used then it should be limited to a subset of attendees (speakers lounge, private business conversations, etc).\\\\n- It\\\\\\'s recommended to have a volunteer or event representative who is able to greet people at the Folsom Street gate to avoid guests getting lost.\\\\n- Full day events/reservations (more than 3 hours long) are available to $420 level members.
